Shin splints are one of the most common injuries that happen in active people and can be the most frustrating of all. How many times have you thought you had finally cured this pain only to go out for a jog and find out it’s right back just as strong as it started?

I’ve always been very active during my life until I was diagnosed with shin splints. I was running over 30km’s a week at that point, training for my first half-marathon. Then one day I went out for what was supposed to be my normal long run, only it was cut short after about 10 minutes in. I remember that day so clearly - I was in so much pain I could hardly walk home.

Nothing is more devasting than a pain that just won’t seem to go away no matter what you’ve tried. I went to see doctors, I went to see physiotherapists, I went to see specialists - and yet, my shin splints wouldn’t stop. I’d have the odd run that was pain free, but it usually didn’t last long.

After feeling frustrated for what must have been at least 6 months straight, I started searching for new information that might be able to help me. I had to do something - I wanted to run and if I didn’t try something new, this cycle would just keep on repeating itself. I had already suffered off and on for 5 years, how much longer was I really going to keep dealing with shin splints?

That’s when I came across Shin Splints No More. At first I was just like you are probably right now - a little hesistant. I figured, what new information could I really find in this book that I hadn’t read elsewhere? Why should I try this?

But let me tell you, I’m really happy I did give it that chance because within weeks I was back out running again - almost entirely pain-free. It took a full month until I was fully confident I was done forever with shin splints, but I was feeling better within a week’s time after implementing some of the information I read in this book.

If you’re currently suffering from shin splints and in pain, you have to try something different. Do you really want to continue on experiencing the same type of disappointment you already have - treatments that don’t work? Exercises that make no difference? Runs that have been stopped prematurely despite you taking pain-killers to stop the pain?

Some of the key things I learned while reading Shin Splints No More include:

  • How to quickly look at your shoes and find out if they could be causing you shin splints (this is something that they failed to tell me at the running store I purchased my shoes - what a difference!)
  • Why a very small muscular imbalance in one of your legs could be the entire cause of the pain and a very simple way to treat this in only 5 minutes twice a week
  • The main three things you must do immediately after experiencing the pain in order to increase the healing process by up to 200% - after using these techniques the first week I was pain free within a few days time
  • A wide variety of different exercises that will help to strengthen the shin bone and all the muscles that surround it - I did not learn these from physio

What I Liked Best About Shin Splints No More

Obviously learning all of the above was incredibly helpful, but one thing I really liked about this book that made it so much better than what I had read before is the complete library of videos that demonstrated exactly what I had to do to get better.

If you’re someone who is looking to get better fast and doesn’t want to do a lot of reading, you won’t have to. Just watch the videos and start using the tricks described and you’ll notice results fast.

If you are someone who wants to read though, the book was super easy to follow and understand without any special medical terminology, so it shouldn’t take long to get through at all. I spent a few hours one afternoon going through it and after that, I had all the information I needed to start treating my shin splints properly.

The Drawback To Shin Splints No More

Since everything in life does have a drawback, the one thing I would mention about this book is that if you feel as though you have a stress fracture or something very deep bone related, you will need to see your doctor about this. The book covers all the details on regular shin splints, but when you’ve let it get so far that there is actually a bone fracture, you’ll need medical treatment as well.

Not to say you can’t use the exercises and information in Shin Splints No More to help prevent the pain from developing again, just that it in itself will not be enough.

Final Words….

So in closing, I just want to say that I do hope you give it a chance. Shin splints were so incredibly frustrating for me and I know what you’re going through. I’d love to help you get rid of your shin splints faster that I did (I suffered for 5 years!) which is why I’m suggesting this book.

It worked for me and I’m more than confident it will help you too. If you aren’t satisfied, there’s a full money back gaurantee, so it’s pretty much risk-free.

If you’re tired of:

Shin Pain

Short Runs

Frustration

Lack Of Results From Treatment

…then it’s time to take a step in the right direction that will change these things.
